To Receive St. Therese Couderc Award! "My heart embraces the whole world." - St. Therese Couderc
During its 75th anniversary celebration on October 2, 2002, the Ronkonkoma Cenacle will bestow the St. Therese Couderc Award to Sister Virginia Gartland. The award is for "dedicated, tireless and gracious service to the mission and charism of the Cenacle Sisters." Peg Gartland reported that Gin's response to the announcement was, "I've just been doing my job!" As we all know, that's quite the understatement as Virginia's heart embraces all of ours each and every day. St. Therese
